I got it about 5 months ago from a Malaysian tattoo artist , Benny from Inked Tattoo Studio which is where I work at as the manager and his apprentice.

Im already tattooing now, although no one has asked me to a cupcake yet! Hopefully it’s soon. :)

Here is my first ever tattoo, gir and his cupcake. My fiance is a tattoo artist that absolutely loves doing cupcake tattoos, itty bitty tattoos, and anything with lots of color. His name is Wingnut and he works at A New Dimension Tattoo in Lake Worth, FL. in the future I will have cupcakes and candy running down the side of my body (from my ribs to my foot) …cause I have a huge sweet tooth and thought it would be perfect. The tattoo artist is her fiancee, so she is pretty spoiled.
This cupcake has dripping frosting because any time she bake cupcakes; he insists on having her frost one before they have cooled, hence the melting.

It’s a small world after all. Head spy over at Cakespy Jessie Oleson and I first became acquainted hen she interviewed City Down in December. City dropped my name (along with The Urban Housewife) as bloggers she enjoys and so began a beautiful, three-or-four-way Internet friendship. Jessie and I traded cupcake toppers for paintings and I even spent an entire night recreating her famous Cuppie in edible form only be be outdone soon after by many other, more talented bakers (ahem, Bakerella.)

But narrow the scope even more and you’ll find yourself here, today, glancing at this Cakespy tattoo on Just Desserts‘ head sassbox Tara. She and I go back even further, to many years ago when she was dating my friend in Joliet and I was dating a now-professional wrestler named CM Punk.

It all comes full circle, in a tale as old as time- girl meets girl on double date, girls move apart, girl meets several other girls who like the same stuff as her on the Internet, original girl gets other girl’s logo tattooed on her. Classic.

Wow, that is the evilest evil cupcake I have ever seen. It reminds me of Trapjaw from He-Man. But then check out the good guys, could they be any happier and funnier?

This February I got my first tattoos. I wanted something for my daughters, but not their names, so I went with their nicknames! I got a ladybug on my right ankle and a sweet little cupcake on my left back/shoulder area. The ladybug is for my 5 year old daughter…Kinley-bug, and the cupcake is for my 5 month old Addi-cake. I love my tattoos, and I love them even more because they are for my girls! Here are some pics of my tattoos from the night I got them!

Here’s another one for the collection. This photo was sent to me by a vegan baker in Barcelona with a note that said “thanks for the sentence!” I’m just going to pretend he’s a fan of my blog and not just of the name of my blog.

This one’s mine, which of course, was inspired by my blog. It was done by my favorite red head, Chris Smith at Taylor Street Tattoo. He had his work cut out for him, this tattoo sits right next to an insane Tim Biedron piece from The Beyond. But I think the cupcake holds its own vs the zombie.

Then the bottom one’s on my husband Tony’s big hairy leg. It was for our anniversary, which explains why I have a hightop Nike SB Dunk on my back now. Chris Smith did that one as well.

Okay so I already have one cupcake tattoo.. but what’s better than one cupcake tattoo? Two!

Monday is my son Teno’s 2nd birthday, so we’re having a very Blue’s Clues party for him today. I marathon baked and decorated last night for that and then tonight my friend Jessica (the one who got the baking pin up on the first episode of LA Ink) is coming over to help me bake hundreds of mini cupcakes for the Jessie Steele booth for this week end’s Kitchen & Housewares Show.

I will be scoping out any cupcake-related housewares I see and sharing them with you all, of course. So I wanted to share this picture of Teno waiting for some lemon cupcakes to cool and also let you know that the Spring line of Jessie Steele aprons are now available, including the beautiful cupcake apron that I am the very proud owner of.

We stumbled upon the site Yummy Tattoos which has some FABULOUS cupcake tattoo ideas! Who doesn’t love yummy cupcake tattoos?!?!?! Noone!!!

What could be more exciting than a cupcake that will be with you forever?

When I had my little girl, I knew that I wanted to get a cupcake tattoo to remind me of her. I do call her “my little cupcake” because she’s just so sweet. I didn’t realize how popular cupcake tattoos are until after I got the tattoo.

When I told my DH (who is a tattoo artist) that I wanted a girly sleeve, he came up with this. Candy hearts, stars, lipstick, flowers, and of course, a yummy cupcake.
