Summer is just too hot to bake cheesecake.
If you are looking for a quick and easy cheesecakin filling or topping for your cupcakes, try this.
Beat together 8 ounces cream cheese, with 1 tablespoon flavouring extract
( Neilson Massey chocolate extract, cotton candy, madagascar vanilla are our favourites) If using chocolate flavouring then also beat into cream cheese 1/2 cup brute cocoa powder. You of course can colour the cotton candy pink <3 Then beat in a little at a time 1 — 1 1/2 cups powdered icing sugar (to taste)
When quite fluffy FOLD in 2 cups cool whip dessert topping ( no substitutes please) You will see the transformation into a quick setting cheesecake that you can use to pipe on top or fill your cooled cupcakes. We use a large open star tip for topping and a filler tip for filling. (we fill and top) Use a piece of Salt Water Taffy in delicious summer colours to adorn your masterpiece. Only use taffy as needed or it will DISSOLVE! These are our triple chocolate salt water taffy sweet cuppins. You will be glad you did.

I have been so busy getting our webstore finalized and what we plan to carry that it has been a while since I posted here. I am happy to announce that we are now supplying to several bakeries all over the world and learning so much of the cupcake industry everywhere! Soooo today I bring all ATC readers some sweet news! We are now carrying an absolutley gorgeous line of gift cupcake liners, their beauty and high quality cannot be seen in a photo but I assure you these are so pretty you may not want to bake in them.

Each package is elegantly packaged with a keen sense of the environment, you can read about that on our site! There is a lovely size selection that you can easily adapt to your pans! Hint : Never oil your pans prior to baking with a cupcake liner! Make sure you are not sweating your cakes, they need dry hot quick baking! Also if you are using a convection oven, again do not sweat them, bake them by turning off the fan for the last half of baking! All these hints will keep the integrity of your gorgeous liners. Each box has a European recipe for cupcakes (muffins) printed on the bottom.
Now to introduce our line up
You can find these in Sweet Cuppin Cakes Bakery and Cupcakery Supply
And for a sweet cuppin deal for all All Things Cupcake readers we will toss in a free sample of our other new product line up. Pinks, purples, rainbows, polkas and a whole lot more. In the message area of your order simply type “I LUV ALL THINGS CUPCAKE ”
Cheers to all and enjoy the day!

Here is hoping all ATC readers had an amazing week! For some reason when dealing with cupcakes and all things having to do with the cupcake my week goes by so fast I lose track of days. Never cupcakes, just days! We have this huge organization board that really does help. I really should start looking for cupcake bulletin boards. Has anyone seen those?
On with my picks for this week:
I found the talent of Country SL Chic to be most enjoyable

These cupcakes from the aptly named Sweet Tooth Fairy , brought back my childhood teaparty memories. Which we are never to old for, mind you.

Then we have the wonderful talent of Gothic Girl who actually takes a colour shade and makes it mouthwatering. What flavour could it be, licorice? Root Beer? Cotton Candy? All new flavourings we have coming to Sweet Cuppin Cakes Bakery this spring.

This weeks picks will be given a gift of cupcake liners, again compliments of All Things Cupcake and Sweet Cuppin Cakes Bakery FlickR Group
Thanks again to Jess! Have a great week.

After reading an article on the origin of cupcakes detailing how cupcakes were small cakes often baked in tea cups to use up cake batter, the Martha Stewart Craft site posts this as craft of the day! You do not even have to be a pastry chef to get in on this. The pattern and instructions are on her website and can easily be adjusted to design awesome tea cup cakes. Felting is actually quite simple to do and allows your creative, whimsical side to flourish. If anyone does make this craft design inspired by Betz White, I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see your work! I am thinking we should have an online funky woolen sweater drive as well. Have fun, I know I will! Thanks Martha.

Being here in below 40 degree F temperatures for a solid 2 months with only about 6 days a month bringing glorious sunshine, I got pretty stoked when these came into my Cupcakery. Tomorrow being Valentines Day I should be posting a Valentine, and I will. ;o)
These wrappers are gorgeous for DIY cupcakers. We even carry the chocolate coated, candy sunflower seeds to make the centre of your flower!
I would have liked to see a brown liner on this cupcake but alas … I digress.
You can check these out at my Cupcakery Shop because I just have to share <3

I adore dolly mix!
Julie Pettitt is a ceramist working from her studio in Essex, England. She works with porcelain slip which she colours with her personally developed soft pastel shades of blue, yellow, green, pale pink and dark pink.
These totally scrummy ceramic cupcakes created by Julie are just perfect for keeping your favorite treasures inside. They make an ideal present for almost any occasion; birthdays, wedding favours or just as a treat to a special someone. They measure approximately 11cm across and 10cm high and are adorned with a glossy cherry. If cherries aren’t your thing why not try some liquorice allsorts, a strawberry or some Dolly mixtures? Or if like me you can’t decide, collect them all. Yum! Available in selection of five different lid colours.
* Price: £16.00
* Height: 100mm. Depth: 110mm.
* Handmade porcelain

Today I thought I would bring about a cupcake trivia game.
With her blog being clicked on millions of times it should not take many true cupcake fans long to figure it out! When you think you know who she is, in comments do not type her name, just a fact you can find out about her. If her name is typed in, that would pretty much VOID the contest.
On March 15th I will reveal who it is and get Jess the owner of this blog to randomly draw for a baking kit from my webstore. Valued at $50.00 retail.

Sound like fun? Oh yeah! Happy Baking and Good Cupcakin’ Luck ;o)
