**I made a batch of these Spiced Pumpkin Cupcakes this weekend for a Christmas Party with my local Moms group. The kids and adults loved them! They were very easy to make too. I left off the nuts because some of the kids in the group had nut allergies. **

In fact, one of our guiding principles is to “inspire you to have teacake your way.” Whether it means coming in to our bake shops, using our dry mixes or frozen doughs, or learning to bake our very own recipes at home, we welcome you into our kitchen with happy hearts and gratitude.
Classes:
Our classes are kept small and personal with no more than 8 participants and two instructors for optimal hands-on learning.
Classes are each 3 hours long and held on Wednesday evenings from 5-8 PM at our Lafayette store.
Participants must be 18 years or older. Children may participate as long as they are accompanied by an adult and are at least 6 years old. Each participant will take home the baked goods they have prepared, recipe cards, and a $5 gift card good at any Teacake Bake Shop retail location.

Cookies to Sweeten the Season is a great way to start celebrating the holiday season. In this class, you will learn how to prepare 4 types of cookies including hand-rolled and drop cookies as well as decorate with festive holiday decorations. $75 (adults 18 and over), $45 (children 6 and older)
On the Menu: Sugar cookies in classic holiday shapes, Gingerbread Men, Mint Cookie Sandwiches with Mint Creme filling, and soft Pumpkin Patch cookies drizzled with caramel icing and chopped pecans. 3 Hours, Hands-On

Let the holiday festivities begin with our Cupcake to Sweeten the Season class. Return Policy: Classes must be paid in full at the time of registration with a credit card. Full refunds are given for cancellations seven days or more prior to the class date. For cancellations made less than seven days from the class date, exchanges will be given for the full value of the class.
Rescheduling: Bake With Teacake reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes as needed. If a class is cancelled, we will notify all students and provide full refunds. Class menus should not change, but we reserve the right to alter menus as needed.
Clothing: All participants for all classes must wear close-toed shoes. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you would wear in the kitchen. We will provide aprons to wear during the class.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease 12 muffin cups (11/4″ x 23/4″) with butter or cooking spray. In a medium microwaveable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and butter, uncovered, on high, 45 to 60 seconds, or until they melt and mixture can be stirred smooth.
In large bowl, beat eggs and egg yolks with wire whisk or electric mixer until foamy. Reserve chocolate syrup pouch from brownie mix. Gradually beat dry brownie mix into egg mixture until well blended. Gently stir in melted chocolate mixture. Fill muffin cups halfway with brownie batter; top each with 1/2 tsp. sprinkles, if desired, then finish off with remaining brownie mixture.
Bake 11 to 14 minutes, or until edges are set. Do not overbake the centers should be soft. Cool 2 minutes in pan.
Loosen each cupcake with knife and invert onto heatproof tray or cookie sheet.
