Cookie Monster is no stranger to the cupcake scene, but these might be the cutest Cookie Monster cupcakes I’ve seen. I love the color of the frosting, and I’m always on the lookout for cupcakes my kids can help me decorate. And these look pretty kid-proof. Kudos! Check out PaiCakes Flickr stream for even more cool cupcake ideas!

Love these floral cupcake toppers from Little Sugar Tops of San Antonio. Check out their Etsy shop, where you can buy cupcake toppers (and then tell people you slaved away all day!).

Now, these are cute! Bee cupcakes from Panapana of Brazil! That chocolate glaze looks heavenly. And for some reason, I’d be tempted to add a little honey in the center too!

Oh my gosh! Check out these “book cupcakes” from Victoria’s Kitchen of Chiswick, West London! Victoria studied cake design in New York, which she calls the “spiritual home of the cupcake.” Isn’t that an awesome and appropriate title?

These cupcakes were created in honor of a woman’s 60th birthday, and feature “books” that have helped shape her life! These cupcakes are a bookworm’s dream!

These are pretty darn clever and would be a great treat to serve at your next barbecue! The “burgers” are actually brownie slices! And you can use as many condiments (as much frosting) as you like! It’s the cheeseburger that meat lovers and vegetarians can agree on!

I’m not sure why I find these elephant cupcakes so adorable. Maybe because I recently visited the Indianapolis Zoo, and I couldn’t stop staring at the baby elephant? He was just too cute! And so are these cupcakes. Cute, yet simple enough to feasibly create. At least, I’m going to try. These were created by All You Need is Cupcakes, a cupcakery in Argentina. Cupcakes are taking over the world!

This made me laugh out loud. The rosy cheeks take the cake! So what do you think, is this too cute to eat? We’re not sure who made this, so feel free to claim it!

Who knew chrysanthemums could look so yummy? (And don’t worry–these chrysanthemums aren’t poisonous!)
Maria is a cupcaking caterer from Toronto.

My mouth is watering! These cupcakes look so dreamily and fruitily delicious. And really, my favorite cupcakes to make are the ones that look amazing without taking too much time. I can’t wait to steal this idea! Of course, I will give full credit to Megan’s Cupcakes of Cadillac, Michigan! Are those fruit roll-ups?

Check out these health care cupcakes from Sweetie Cupcake. With decorations like these, they must be super healthy, right? These would be great for any health care professional’s celebration. If I ever graduate from medical school, will someone treat me to a batch of these?

I would like to dedicate this post to my niece, who is the biggest Justin Beiber fan in the whole world. (Just ask her.) I’ll admit, his hair does look pretty yummy here. Chocolate?

This cupcake was created by Sam’s Cake Factory of Karachi, Pakistan. Sam’s “transforms dreams into cake art.” Awesome!

Deeming these “eyelash cupcakes” sounds a little gross, but I’m sure they’re delicious. What I can’t figure out though, is how did she make those eyelashes? Are they edible? Any guesses? Are any of you fondant eyelash experts? Lizzies_cakes added this photo to Flickr today. Happy 21st to the lucky cupcake recipient!

Okay, so maybe I’m a tad obsessive, but I just can’t get enough of Shaun the Sheep! And I think these might be my favorite Shaun cupcakes so far. Does that frosting not look delicious! Those are some sheep that I could shear quickly! This photo is courtesy of Lisa Scranton’s Flickr photostream, where you can also find lots of other cool cake stuff!

It was hotter than hot here today, so I found these photos from Flour & Sun Bakery refreshing! I especially love the shark cupcake, with what looks like a fondant fin. Simple, but oh so clever! I will definitely be stealing this particular idea! Stay cool cupcake lovers!
